| Entanglement Classes & Workshops Entanglement Classes, Private Lessons and Workshops are offered through In Flight Gymnastics in Decatur, GA. The classes combine circus arts, dance and gymnastics techniques in each training session. Our goal is to create a well-rounded workout that is individually challenging and fun for each participant. Our Promise to You • Quality classes focusing on form, strength and flexibility. • Sessions using the guidelines and individual expertise in progression of the Governing Bodies of Gymnastics and Acrobatics (USAG, AAU and AACCA) . • Sessions led by professionally trained coaches and instructors. • Each practice will begin with a warm up routine, which minimizes the threat of injury, and will end with strengthening and flexibility exercises. The practice (skill training) time is divided between group training and individualized attention for skill progression. Aerial Arts Class Mondays 630-730PM $70/month + $25 Annual Registration Fee $20/ Drop in rate Acrobatics & Hand Balancing Class Mondays 730-830PM $70/month + $25 Annual Registration Fee $20/ Drop in rate Beginner Aerial Arts Class Thursdays 7-8PM $70/month + $25 Annual Registration Fee $20/ Drop in rate *Take any two (2) classes per week for $115/month!!!* Youth Aerial & Acrobatics Class (Ages 8-16) Tuesday 7-8PM –OR- Wednesday 4-5PM $50/month for one class –OR- $80/month for both classes +$25 Annual Registration Fee Entanglement Workshops Third Weekend of every month Prices based on individual workshops (See Calendar ) Open Gym 2nd and 4th Saturdays $25 Annual Registration Fee required $10/session (Participants are required to take at least one Entanglement Class, Workshop, or Private Lesson.)
